| With a temp agency, you may get a different temp each time you call them for help. | How do the client & Absolute VA keep in touch? |
| We keep in tough via phone, fax, email, US mail, overnight services, couriers or diskette transfer. Once your work is completed, we can return it in any way you prefer. |

| How much do you charge? |
| Please refer to my rates page. I do offer discounted rates for repeat clients or clients on a monthly retainer contract. These rates may appear to be a little high, but if you look at the cost of an on-site, full-time employee, you will see that you're paying a significantly lower rate. |

| Do I need to use a local VA? |
| No. As our name indicates, we are "virtual", so locations doesn't affect where we do our jobs. If you relocate, you can still use the same VA - no need to hire, train and develop new relationships. Your location does not impact our ability to do our job. |
